• The B&B only offers online booking services for overnight stays and breakfast.
• Additional services, such as a change of linen, are available for a fee and must be requested at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment Methods

• Reservations can be made via:

  • External platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb.
• Payment can be made by:
  • Stripe (credit/debit card).
  • Bank transfer . In the case of a transfer, the payment slip must be sent within 3 working days after confirmation of the booking. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation and Modification Policies

• Free cancellation: If made within 30 days of the date of arrival.
• Penalty of 50%: If cancellation takes place between 20 and 30 days before the date of arrival.
• Penalty of 100%: If cancellation is made within 15 days of the arrival date or in case of no-show.
• Changes to the reservation (date, number of guests, room type) are only possible with the prior approval of the B&B and may incur additional costs.

• The B&B has a basic liability insurance policy for damage to persons or property during the stay.

House Rules

  • Check-in from 3pm to 6pm (3:00pm - 6:00pm).
  • Check-out by 10 a.m.
  • No smoking inside the rooms.
  • Pets allowed.
• Violations of the regulations may result in a request to leave the facility immediately without the right to a refund.
